When you install the App, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account, including:

• Store Information: Your shop domain, to authenticate your store.
• Product Data: We read product information to allow customers to provide feedback on specific items.
• Customer Feedback: We store the "Not Interested" clicks, reasons, and exit feedback submitted by shoppers. If a shopper is logged in, their Shopify Customer ID may be associated with their feedback.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to provide the core functionality of the App, which includes:

• Generating analytics and dashboards for your store.
• Ensuring the app functions correctly on your storefront.
• Providing customer support via our live chat widget.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as the App is installed on your store. If you uninstall the App, all associated store data, settings, and collected feedback are automatically and permanently deleted from our database in accordance with Shopify's data retention policies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Crisp as our customer support platform. When you interact with the support chat widget in the App dashboard, certain basic information (like your IP or session data) may be processed by Crisp to facilitate the conversation.
